Delivery Times

The goods in stock will be sent out within 2-3 working days after payment. Every piece is made by hand to order, giving each ordered piece a slightly different lead time. Lead times are usually up to 1 week after payment.

現貨貨品將於付款後2-3個工作日内寄出。每件單品都是手工定做,因此預訂貨品交貨時間略有不同,通常於付款後1週內寄出。

○ Hong Kong: HKD $30
○ Macau: HKD $40

Hong Kong SF Express is fully trackable and insured and guaranteed to arrive within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch. If there is no-one available to accept the parcel, a notification will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection.

香港順豐速運是完全可追踪且保險的,並保證包裹自發貨日後2-3個工作日(澳門:3-5個工作日)内送到您手上。 如果未能接收包裹,則將另行通知安排重新運送或收取。

You can also enter the waybill number on the SF Express website to track and trace your parcel and latest shipment status easily.

您亦可在順豐速遞網站上輸入運單編號,輕鬆查看和追踪包裹的最新物流狀況。

○ United Kingdom: HKD $250
○ Americas, Canada: HKD $250

You will be issued with a tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Parcels are usually delivered within 3-7 working days to Taiwan and Japan; 7-14 days to the UK, US and Canada.

Postal addresses must be accurate and complete to guarantee delivery. We cannot accept any responsibility for non-delivery, or delayed delivery, of items due to customer error.

當您的訂單發貨後,您將獲得一個跟踪號碼。包裹通常在3-7個工作日內送達台灣和日本; 7-14 工作日到英國、美國和加拿大。

Return Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your piece of ODDMILL products.

However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or the goods you received are defective or damaged, we are happy to adjust, exchange, or refund your order.

If this is the case:

○ Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your delivery and provide photos of defective or damaged goods to arrange the return/exchange/adjustment, then make sure to ship the item back to us within 14 days of receipt after confirmation.

○ Please include your order number on the outside of your package. Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

○ When requesting a return for personal reasons, items are returned at the buyer's own risk, so we recommend that you use a Special Delivery service, and insure the shipment against loss or damage.

○ Postage will only be refunded if an item is defective or damaged, or has been sent incorrectly, such as wrong delivery or missing parts.

○ If the discount conditions are not fulfilled after returning the items, the reserved items will be restored to the original price, and the difference will be deducted from the refund amount.

○ Some items cannot be returned/exchanged. For example, customized products, commodities that involve personal hygiene (such as socks and earrings), fragrance products, products with disposable packaging, discount or clearing products, pre-ordered products, and any products that specifically state that returns are not acceptable.

○ ODDMILL is happy, however, to discuss any potential adjustments or alterations (at additional cost to the customer).

我們希望您對ODDMILL的產品感到滿意。

但是,如果您對購買不滿意,例如收到的商品有瑕疵或損壞,我們也很樂意為您調整,交換或退款。

這種情況下:

○ 請在收到貨後7天內與我們聯繫並提供商品瑕疵或損壞照片,以安排退貨/更改/調整,一經確認後,請確保在收到貨後14天內將物品寄回給我們。

○ 請在包裝外面附上您的訂單號,及以完好無損的原包裝退回物品與訂單。

○ 因個人原因要求退貨時,退回物品的風險需由買家自負,因此我們建議您使用特殊的送貨服務,並確保運輸過程中不會丟失或損壞。

○ 僅當商品有瑕疵或損壞,以及商品出貨失誤,如誤寄或配件不齊,才會退還運費。

○ 如因退貨後未達滿額優惠條件,保留商品將恢復原價計算,差額將從退款款項內扣除。

○ 部份商品售出後不接受退換貨

如:定制物品、貼身衣物(如襪子、針式和夾式耳環)、香氛產品、一次性包裝物、折扣或出清商品、預訂商品及任何特別載明不接受退貨的商品等。

○ ODDMILL很高興討論任何可能的調整或變更(客戶須承擔額外費用)。
